acne product

I was really sad when I woke up this morning because my face had a red spot. Then after a few hours it turns to a pimple but it seems like acne to me. I felt sad for some reasons; I will be attending a birthday party. It is an 18th birthday of my friend’s daughter. They invited most of our classmates in high school though I wanted to look good. I wish I can find the right acne product for my skin.
