muscle supplements

Last night while I was watching television I kept changing the channel. While surfing, I saw a commercial about body building competition. They are inviting those body builders to join the show. Anyway, I saw big and huge muscles though I am thinking they are taking muscle supplements to grow their muscle bigger. It reminds me of my brother because he wanted to have muscles but I discourage him to take those artificial supplements.
