get rid of blackheads

My daughter is only thirteen years old but she is having problem of bad acne. I am looking on how to get rid of blackheads as well. She has them on the nose, and there are some big ones under her chin. I am looking for a cheap product but effective. Do you think she is too young those treatment or it’s fine?
