tuxedo shirts

In the Philippines, March is the end of school year. I have cousin who will graduate this month. He is only high school but worried so much what to wear for their senior prom. I told him he should wear tuxedo attire with tuxedo shirts under it. I am not sure if he will wear because I heard, he wants the barong tagalong.
